Daily Rant

In this weeks Newsweek there is a cartoon in the Perspectives section that shows Bill, Hillary, and Chelsea Clinton with the caption “Poll: One out of Three Voters Would Never Vote For Hillary Clinton” (March 13, 2006). The amusing part of the cartoon is that is shows Bill whistling and he looks like the cat that just swallowed the canary. The sad part of the cartoon is that only 1 out of 3 people would not vote for Hillary. There are 300 million people in this country, this means that 200 million of them might vote for Hillary. This cartoon is not funny, it is just plain scary. If Hillary won the Democratic nomination, the Republicans would have to run the Devil himself before I would vote for her.
Maybe this was how they came up with 1 out of 3.
If the question was, “In 2008 if Hillary Clinton ran for President against the Devil, would you vote for Hillary?”
A. Definitely
B. Maybe
C. Never
This is the only way I could see how they might have come up with these numbers, but otherwise, God help us.

I've said it before and I'll say it again: the media and the far left give too much weight to Hillary's chances. I do not know anyone who likes her other than her corporate and political connections. I know feminazi's that wouldnt vote for Hillary over McCain. Maybe its a hunch, but I dont think Ill be proven wrong.

At the moment George Allen does not have the political name that McCain has, not that that is too important because it is still 2.5 years away from the election. But, he also backed the wrong horse in VA when he supported Kilgore for governor in the VA governor’s election. Allen tried to show he could help carry a candidate, but Kilgore lost to Tim Kaine who had the support of Warner. And because Kaine won, now Warner thinks he is ready for the big stage too.
And, nationally if you ask people about Allen, McCain, Hillary, and Rudy, Allen would be far and away the least known of the three candidates.
